Cells are isolated in-bag then transferred from the bag to any Wilson Wolf G-Rex® bioreactor. Cells are then electroporated using the MaxCyte ExPERT GTx® Instrument. Electroporation can be done at both small and large scale, with the capability of sterile tube welding to facilitate larger scale workflows. Combining technologies, the result is highly viable cells with greater killing potential.
