- No-Instrument Workflow: Akadeum’s microbubble technology eliminates equipment costs (reduction in therapeutic footprint), reduces GMP suite time by up to 80% and solves the challenge of training technicians on complex processes and equipment, with a simple, gentle and efficient cell isolation that can be done at point-of-care locations.
- In-Bag, Large-Scale Isolation: The platform supports cell isolation up to 50 billion cells directly within both sterile processing bags and fresh collected apheresis material, enabling pre-clinical through commercial scale with closed-system operations and the same reagents at each stage of development.
