Ms. Kelchner is an innovative leader and operations professional with over 17 years of experience in the life sciences. Previously Ms. Kelchner was Director of Operations at Swift Biosciences, where she was responsible for ISO certification of the manufacturing along with streamlining processes, developing methods into market viable products and global business relationships. She also has an extensive background in molecular and cell biology techniques including DNA sequencing, molecular diagnostic assay development, and automation development. Ms. Kelchner holds an MS in Molecular and Cell Biology from Lehigh University and a BS in Microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh.
