Ryan has a solid foundation in microbiology, along with more than half a decade’s experience in manufacturing and biotechnology. He brings to Akadeum an innovative, results-focused mindset for process development and improvement, including cutting-edge scale up and process management solutions. Before coming to Akadeum, he worked at a food safety and technology company as a manufacturability support chemist and process control scientist. Ryan obtained his B.S. in microbiology and microbial genetics from Lyman Briggs College of Michigan State University in 2012.
