Brandan is a scientist turned marketer who is passionate about using technology to improve the lives of others. His academic experience focused on applying engineering principles to cell biology and he’s exercised that expertise throughout his professional career. Prior to starting at Akadeum, Brandan worked at Celsee, a Michigan startup focused on single cell analysis. This company was acquired by Bio-Rad and at that time Brandan moved from being a field application scientist into a marketing role. He uses his background in science to better communicate the potential and benefits of biotechnology products to their future users. Brandan has bachelor’s degrees from Albion College and Columbia University. He earned his master’s and doctorate degrees from the University of Michigan.
