Akadeum is an early stage company that has created the next generation in separation products. The company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. Akadeum produces floating microbubbles with surface chemistries for different types of cell and molecular separations and is ready to commercialize its first set of products.
Together with the Chief Commercial Officer you will develop a detailed territory plan that targets key accounts in the area of cell separation. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As the Regional Sales Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
This is an early sales position in a startup environment. For the right candidate with the appropriate amount of experience and skill set, this could be a leadership position with the potential for significant career growth.
